What is Stream Distribution & Routing Reconciler?

Stream Distribution & Routing Reconciler is an add-on to the main SDR deployment. It runs a daemon that watches over the service status, resolves any state conflicts, clean up stale workloads, and essentially prevent any deadlocks that might occur during unexpected service failures.
