The license agreement (“Agreement”) governs the RAG, and is a legal agreement between you, whether an individual or entity ("you”) and NVIDIA Corporation ("NVIDIA") and governs your use of the NVIDIA data provided hereunder (the “ASSETS”). Subject to the terms of the Agreement, NVIDIA grants a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, nonsublicensable license to use the ASSETS solely for your trial and evaluation purposes.
