NVCF Task Worker

The NVCF Task Worker runs alongside a Cloud Tasks task container in NVIDIA Cloud Functions Self-Managed. It monitors task progress through a shared directory and, under the upload result-handling strategy, uploads task results to NGC using the caller-supplied API key.
