This is a wind gust diagnostic model checkpoint.\nThis deep learning model, based on the Adaptive Fourier Neural Operator framework\n(AFNO), predicts 6-hour maximum 3-second wind gusts given 20 atmospheric variables plus\ninvariants, which is defined as the maximum value of the wind speed over a 6-hour\nperiod of the 3-second running average wind speed.
