Clara Parabricks software ships with Deep Learning models for DeepVariant for T4, V100 and A100 GPUs. To run the DeepVariant tool with other GPUs you'll need to download additional models.

The .tar.gz file available here contains model files for A10 and A6000 GPUs. These models can be used with the --pb-model-file option as described in the Parabricks Deepvariant Page Documentation page

The user must use the specific version of this deepvariant model resource with the same version of Parabricks container.
