Clara Deploy DICOM Series Selection Pipeline

  1. CD into a directory where pipelines will be stored, e.g.
mkdir -p ~/.clara/pipelines
cd ~/.clara/pipelines
  1. Use clara pull pipeline to download a pipeline definition:
clara pull pipeline clara_series_selection_pipeline
  1. Unzip test data:
unzip dicom-parser-input_v1.zip -d input
  1. Unzip and Install model: This is not applicable.
  2. They can choose to pull the versioned Docker images used in the pipeline operators, or have them pulled from NGC on running the pipeline.
  3. Create/publish the pipeline:
clara create pipeline -p series-selection-pipeline.yaml
  1. Verify that the pipeline is correctly stored
clara list pipelines
  1. Verify that the stored pipeline is correct by examining the output of the following command:
clara describe pipeline -p <pipeline ID>
