1. CD into a directory where pipelines will be stored, e.g.

mkdir -p ~/.clara/pipelines
cd ~/.clara/pipelines

2. Use clara pull pipeline to download a pipeline definition:

clara pull pipeline clara_ai_prostate_pipeline

3. Unzip test data:

unzip app_prostate-input_v1.zip -d input

4. Unzip and Install model:

sudo unzip app_prostate_wp-model_v1.zip -d /clara/common/models/

5. If you have not pulled the versioned Docker images used in the pipeline operators, and expect them to be pulled from NGC on running the pipeline, please perform the following workaround before creating the pipleine: pipeline definitions in the 0.5.0-preview-1 release does not contain full path to nvcr.io and does not include default pull secret. Edit the pipeline definition file and add the following after

name:
pull-secrets:
  - ngc-clara

Find and prepend all image tags that start with clara/ with the full path that you are granted permission to, e.g., nvcr.io/ea-nvidia-clara/clara/

For example, change

name: my-pipeline
operators:
  - name: prostate-segmentation
    container:
      image: clara/ai-prostate

To:

name: my-pipeline
pull-secrets:
  - ngc-clara
operators:
  - name: prostate-segmentation
    container:
      image: nvcr.io/ea-nvidia-clara/clara/ai-prostate

6. Install pipeline:

clara create pipelines -p prostate-pipeline.yaml

7. Verify that the pipeline is correctly stored

clara list pipelines

8. Verify that the stored pipeline is correct by examining the output of the following command:

clara describe pipeline <pipeline ID>
