1. CD into a directory where pipelines will be stored, as shown in the following example:

mkdir -p ~/.clara/pipelines
cd ~/.clara/pipelines

2. Use clara pull pipeline to download the pipeline definition:

clara pull pipeline clara_ai_brain_tumor_pipeline

3. Unzip the test data:

unzip app_braintumor-input_v1.zip

4. Unzip and install the model:

sudo unzip app_braintumor-model_v1.zip -d /clara/common/models/

5. Workaround for the 0.5.0-preview-1 release: Pipeline definitions in the 0.5.0-preview-1 release do not contain the full path to nvcr.io or include the default pull secret. To workaround this, edit the pipeline definition file and add the following to the end:

name:
pull-secrets:
  - ngc-clara

Find all image tags that start with clara/ and prepend nvcr.io/nvstaging/ to them.

For example, change

name: my-pipeline
operators:
  - name: clara-hqs
    container:
      image: clara/clara-hqs

to

name: my-pipeline
pull-secrets:
  - ngc-clara
operators:
  - name: clara-hqs
    container:
      image: nvcr.io/nvidia/clara/clara-hqs

6. Install the pipeline:

clara create pipelines -p brain-tumor-pipeline.yaml

7. Verify that the pipeline is correctly stored:

clara list pipelines

8. Verify that the stored pipeline is correct by examining the output of the following command:

clara describe pipeline <pipeline ID>
