Proteina Complexa Ligand

Proteina-Complexa is a flow-matching generative model for fully atomistic protein binder design, jointly generating amino acid sequences and all-atom 3D coordinates from noise using a partially latent architecture derived from La-Proteina.

This model is backed by NVIDIA's Plus Plus (++) Promise
to learn more about the quality of the datasets used to train this model.

Safety & Security Subcard

FieldResponse
Model Application Field(s):Structural Biology
Describe the life critical impact (if present).Experimental drug discovery and medicine: Additional in silico and in vitro tests are recommended before using the proteins for downstream applications.
Use Case Restrictions:Use of this model is governed by the NVIDIA Open Model License Agreement. The model will be released on GitHub on March 15 under the Apache 2.0 open-source license.
Model and dataset restrictions:The Principle of least privilege (PoLP) is applied limiting access for dataset generation and model development. Restrictions enforce dataset access during training, and dataset license constraints adhered to.
