Packages are compiled and stored in the /opt/ directory.

Using Medaka

Medaka is shared in a python virtual environment located in /opt/medaka/.

To run the container with data located on your host, you will need to use docker bind mounts: https://docs.docker.com/storage/bind-mounts/

• Jetpack 4.5 or later.
• Clara AGX Developer Kit for GPU acceleration.
