OSMO Backend Listener

The backend-listener container streams node and pod events from a registered backend compute cluster to the OSMO control plane, enabling real-time status, health monitoring, and lifecycle signal propagation for workflows.

This container is utilized by the backend-operator Helm chart, which manages registration and coordination with backend compute clusters in the OSMO platform.
